Bing Places: Why is my closed profile outranking my active one?

I have two profiles on Bing Place for my company. One is an old location that is marked permanently closed. The other is a new active location and profile. However, the profile that shows up in the search engine in the one marked permanently closed. Any tips on how to get the active one to outrank the closed? Is there anyway to completely remove the permanently closed profile?

Had this happen to a client of mine once. You need to gain access to both listings in the same account then contact support to remove the old one. Support was super helpful with the process, but the tricky part was getting access to both listings. I think you can do it easiest with a domain level email.
