Customer reviews notification keeps turning off by itself

Got a headscratcher here.

I have an account with under 100 profiles. I recieve notifications whenever a review is left.

For the last few weeks, the notification setting to recieve customer reviews keeps turning off. I go into the settings and turn it on and then within a few days I find it off again.

No one else has access to this account and I even changed the password to be sure that it is not being accessed by someone else.

Anyone ever see something like this?

That is super odd. I would suggest going to Sign in - Google Accounts and seeing if there is a 3rd party that has access to your account. Look for things listed under the third-party apps section that say they have access to manage business listings.

Thanks @JoyHawkins! That was my first thought as well, but there is only one app connected and it has no access to GBP...

Weird. I would reach out to GBP support in that case.
