I don't see any problem.
If I understand you correctly that you would re-upload the same videos on different channels, then your videos will get flagged as duplicate content, unfortunately.

For the best user experience, too, you should have unique videos for each location. Here are some suggestions to get some unique videos out there for each location:

1. Create videos about the staff at each location. Depending on the business, you can highlight staff credentials or the manager's profile.
2. Create videos that give a virtual tour of the location itself. Depending on the business, it may even be appropriate to feature some nearby non-competing businesses or parks, etc.
3. Create review / testimonial videos of customers that are serviced at that location.
4. For service area businesses, you can create videos that explain the different jobs completed in that service area. ie: contractors can highlight some well-known local businesses or buildings they worked on.

Get creative.

I was thinking the exact same thing, but didn't know for sure so didn't want to say.

Thanks for the great tips!

I am trying to link my clients Youtube page to their Google+ local business page. Can anybody redirect me to a link that demonstrates the necessary steps to get this done?

I am currently a manager (not owner) of the Google+ local page. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
