Original GMB listing is "Permanently Closed" after integrating with Vcita for "Booking Tab"

I have integrated our client GMB listing with "Vcita" for Booking tab. After the integration our original GMB listing (with 30 reviews and photos) is "permanently closed" in Google - car-health-guildford - Google Search

By default, Another GMB listing is created with same name & address in Google and live (without our reviews, photos) - Car Health

Please see the screenshots below.

Does anybody have an idea about this? how to fix this issue?

Thank you for the response @JoyHawkins

At the time, there was no option to "Mark as open" from within the GMB dashboard.

The issue has been resolved by the GMB listing "Booking" tab separated from "Vcita".
