Third-Party Chat Option?

I was going through some GBPs tonight in the tub refinishing niche and I came across this option in the desktop version of the knowledge panel view:

Does anyone recognize what that integration might be? It's not the standard chat option, but I have never seen that before (I know I have seen it before, similar to that same headshot that gets used on every website that uses the HighLevel chat widget).

I think Google just does that standard now on desktop. It's also possible that tools like Leadferno influence it but I'm not 100% sure.

This is just business messaging. That is what you're seeing. When turned on via that specific product. Business Messages: Create connections that count

@Colan Nielsen & @klharris08 . . . it looks like you both are correct . . . Leadferno is one of the partner providers for business messaging, once I knew where to search for partners.
