We have approximately 200 locations grouped across an assortment of grocery banner names, today I see they all indicate
1) "Your business is not visible to customers" AND
2) "Google is processing your verification. It usually takes a few minutes" AND
3) "Not Publicly Visible"

Mind boggling. All are verified and long standing business profiles. NMX does not make this easy. Corporate leadership is NOT happy. How do even begin to resolve this issue? Thank you.

WOW! This is so crazy but thanks for the reply.

Google is essentially added new code on top of old code that needed patches to fix the issue the new code broke. Prime example we have water main breaks in our neighbourhood. Each time the water was shut off to the fix the main the pipes would relax without a steady flow of water. Then they turn the water back on the water would come in full forces weakening the pipes. We would have slab leaks and have to replace mix it valves. We would have another water main break months later. Why were we having issues? We had old pipes and we were conserving water due to the drought. It’s always a ripple effect.

FYI Google is aware of this and working on it as we speak, this is affecting all profiles at this time I believe.

It's definitely happening to me, too, for all of the GBPs that I manage. While I can still do certain things, like add a Product or Post, I am unable to edit those if they have already been created (such as change the CTA) - super frustrating!!! I created a ticket with Google more than a week ago [3-3726000033499] with absolutely no solution. Oh, right, they were going to get back to me in 24-48 hours after initially referring it to "a specialist on another team."

Kathleen, you are confusing a one off issue and a major issue. Since this is not impact one business or one account, it’s a major issue and won’t take 24 to 48 hours to resolve.

I just received this reply to my ticket from Google, "Our specialized team is aware of this matter and they are doing their best to resolve this issue. As of this moment we would like to apologize since we do not have any turnaround time for the resolution. Please be advised that there is no further action to be done on your end unless requested by the concerned team. As of this moment, they will be able to view your business using Google Maps."

I guess it's good that "they" can view the businesses on Google Maps, which I can too; I can also see the profiles on search when I'm logged into a different Google account than the one I use to manage the Profiles. But I am unable to edit or delete things like posts, which is annoying.
