Can you create a GMB profile with a Microsoft email?

I have a client that I am working with that has 80+ locations that they want added to GMaps but all of their individual emails are through Microsoft. I don't want to have to create a bunch of new Google emails for all of their locations or even create just one google account and apply for Bulk Verification because I don't even know if I can as a manager or if I would be able to compile information for all of those properties.

Can I just create the accounts with their Microsoft emails?

Yes you can. Setup the outlook email, then goto accounts.google.com and make a new account using the corporate email address. All email should forward to the outlook email.
