Google changing Primary category

Within the last 2 weeks we are seeing Google changing our primary category. We handle thousands of medical facilities and doctors and this is widespread now. An example would be a listing for a cardiology office. We would have 'Cardiologist' as the primary category. Google has been adding 'Medical Clinic' and making it primary. Wondering if anyone else is seeing this?

Hi @PropelMike. Yes, we see this all the time. It's so frustrating and can definitely tank your rankings and visibility in the local results.
