How to find category for a shop who want to expand the business

Hello everyone,

I have a prospect who don't have a website and he owns a coffee shop and got 304 5 Stars.

He want to expand the business by providing catering orders like coffer, Sandwiches, Tea, Pizza, Baked Goods and Ice creams for wedding, birthday, events etc

He currently has coffee shop as primary category

1. what category should I need to choose so I can show my listing for people.
2. How I can increase the ranking to event based searches so he may get more business

What I would do is perform some searches for the different products and services that he offers and wants to be found for.

Take inventory of all the categories that the ranking listings are using. Add those categories to his listing as additional categories.
