Hello,

We do not have the ability to Q&A through the agency dashboard anymore.

Is anyone else facing this issue?

Please advise.

I am still seeing the Q&A option and we use the agency dashboard.

Hello Colan,

Right, we too did see the Q&A link on the dashboard card but on clicking it, Google was not allowing me to add any new questions as if it had blocked me. I then emailed Google and they said you are only allowed to reply to customer questions and not add questions by yourselves. However, I do not believe I am spamming if I post relevant Q&As myself for the benefit of customers.

Nevertheless, after the reply from Google, the restriction was removed, and I am able to add Q&As like before.
