Adding Services as a product

I'm trying to add my services as a product but Google isn't approving it.

I have added my services as an activity on my GMB alread and they're showing in the results, so the question is do I need to add my services as an product or should I leave it?

I would leave it and stick to the way Google intended it. Services as ...services. They aren't products.

Without the issues shown, we can't tell if that is even the problem. Last week google had hiccups with image analyses that were listed as an issue (they resolved on their own after a day or two). And it could be that Google somehow just misclassifies the product: we had a pest control service that was somehow triggering the "health product cannot be advertised" guidelines...

Again, without showing the exact issues google detected, we cannot help.
