Hello everybody! We are having some major issues getting verification for several practitioner GBPs for a law firm. We had them verified via an email PIN - or so I thought.
The titles are all in the format "First Name, Family Name, Personal injury attorney."
However, it seems the PINs were never accepted, apart from the first one, which has now been suspended for supposedly not following the guidelines. One initial practitioner page had already been done and verified, and we structured the new profiles accordingly... So, one profile suspended, the other profiles still show as unverified.
Now, when I try to trigger another verification (i.e., have another PIN email sent), video verification is the only option left. Not sure what's going on. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
